I lost that trust with VW and will not buy any of their models

I bought a brand new Polo GTI 3 years ago which started peeling leather seats at 12000KM.When I took the car to the dealer, only the bottoms were replaced. The last year I went back to the VW dealer in Springs to report the horizontal/ back rests that are peeling of they kept me waiting up until today when they told me that they cannot help me as motorplan does not cover such. When I bought the car I requested leather seats and the material used there is nowhere near leather.
