I had cancelled my membership with Bidvest club McCarthy due to the membership not being utilized in 4 years since date of commencement

I had cancelled my membership with Bidvest club McCarthy due to the membership not being utilized in 4 years since date of commencement. I had received confirmation of this cancellation via SMS, however, I have still been billed. I believe that it is not ethical to still be billed if I am no longer a member.
