I had a bad day at Vw arcadia

This morning I went to visit VW Arcadia and I met a guy by the name James Viviers a Service Advisor who is rude,no batho Pele principles and even told me that I can go report him at his Manager ....I took in my vehicle for repairs so he told me that if I dnt have R1500 I must not waist his time coz my warranty won't pay with a high tone so please Vw Arcadia let the guy work with his own race otherwise some of us won't stand him telling us **** as if we can't afford cash for dainostic but thanks to de lady who help me today but forgot to take her name
