Horror car collection

<p>Went to pick up my car on Monday the 13th and upon takin the car, i realized that the car does not switch of even when the ignition is turned on and the key is removed. They failed to help me on Monday and as a result i had to wait for Tuesday the 14th. Arrangements were made by Chantel (Bidtrack) to get a technician in at the latest 10:00am but upon my arrival on Tueday at 11:00am the technician was no where to be seen.</p> <p>The sales manger Stefan was so arrogant and unwilling to help as he told me that theres nothing he can do and he cant take decisions and I must maar wait for the car and i will get when i get it. I waited for the car till around 17:00. Mind you i waited till 16:30 on Monday from around 11:00am. I had to drive it myself as there was no Driver to take it to where it had to go and i had to come back around 19:20 to come pick up my car at the dealership.</p> <p>Never will i ever recommend this dealer to anyone. as soon as they have the money they forget about being customer orientated. </p>
