Horrible after sales service!!

We bought a Rav 4 in April from McCarthy Brooklyn. Two tail lights were broken and without asking, we were told that they will replace it and that the parts have already been ordered. It has been 5 weeks now and the tail lights are still not repaired. Whenever we phone, we are promised feedback, but nothing happens. Yesterday I spoke to Walter, saying that it is unacceptable to wait 5 weeks for the car to be repairs, and was promised a call back.... still no call. I will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from that dealership!!!
