hav been waiting to long for my documents to rrive

A red KIA Picanto.. on the 22 of January 2015 i found a car on carfind that i was interested in buying left them my details and they called me back, i was happy with the condition of the car and bought it. the full amount agreed upon was paid in full on the 23 January 2015. when buying the car i was never asked if i wanted them to register the car for me, they charged me an extra amount of R5245.00 for the on the road fee of R3995.00 and license and registration R1250.00,i was told that the documents will be delivered to me within FIVE WORKING DAYS, till now i have been waiting. This is my first car so i just thought it was their responsibility to do it for me. every week since buying the car i have been asking them when the documents will be delivered to me. the sale rep keeps telling me before the end of the week. he never calls me to keep me posted of the progress of the where about of my document i need to constantly keep calling him or sending him emails. the car disc expires this month what do i do? do i register it myself? before the end of the week can i please have either they R5245.00 back as to do this myself or my documents by my door step.. not happy with the service
