Half done service on vehicle

Review on behalf of Mr MS Moolla .On 21 Feb 2019 a service was booked for a toyota corolla . Upon arrival he was informed the service isnt booked due to *********** staff .The service was half done , a nail was lodged in the tyre which neither was he informed about neither was it removed on the pretense that they needed authorisation, wheels werent rotated , the wiper blades were in need of replacement and once again wasnt done as they needed authorisation ... No call was made to inform him and when he went to fetch the vehicle they informed him they left the nail in as they couldn't do it without his permission. The car was returned unwashed as well. A lady by the name of Shanene Davids called the next day and upon complaining he was told to fetch a voucher from them for the car wash . No feedback was given on any faults and they basically left all faults as is because they did not receive any authorisation.
