Great Service

Kristof Seeger (Service Consultant) has been dealing with me since early 2014 and has rendered excellent service both on a professional and a personal level in dealing with a persistently problematic vehicle. He has contributed greatly in retaining me as a client at McCarthy Mercedes Benz Menlyn and as a Mercedes Benz owner on the whole, when I was ready to throw in the towel. I cannot state that I will remain a fan of Mercedes Benz vehicles, but I can certainly commend Kristof's efforts in making my ownership experience much more tolerable and I can recommend his services to all prospective clients.
