Giving benefits to friends and not clients

We have been in the bad side of service with Westgate after purchasing a vehicle from them. The vehicle was priced differently than on the website when we received the quote with add-on products like smash and grab etc. We managed to overcome this after speaking to rude management and then moved on. The radio then started giving problems, turning on when the car is off and we booked it in for yesterday. We are working people and had to take leave because they did not give us a courtesy vehicle. Then to our surprise when booking the vehicle in , in the morning, the person next to us got a courtesy vehicle. This is very unacceptable and I am not going to leave it there.
