ghost repairs

On 21 April 2014 I took my vehicle in for its yearly service. I reported that I the vehicle shuddered and something was wrong with the gears. The company informed me (in writing) that everything was 100%. Three days later I got stranded in the middle of the road because I could not get the vehicle into gear! That was stress full and humiliating. I took the vehicle back to the service centre. After another inspection they informed me that the clutch had to be replaced for a total of R10 000. Sceptical, I took the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. This mechanic \bled"the clutch and all my problems were fixed"
