Getting fines with customers' vehicle
In 2011 I traded my Corolla for a Hilux at McCarthy Toyota Sinoville. I was helped by a sales rep named Schalk.

A few weeks later I got a fine for the Corolla which was still in my name and the infringement date and time was 2011-12-30 00:06:49. Yes, after midnight!

I asked the salesrep about this and he asked for the fine details promising to sort it out. At the beginning of 2015, I registered for a new internet banking service and I noticed one of the features was to pay your fines. I was shocked to find out that the above fine was still on my name.

I contacted the Sinoville branch and spoke to John Morey. I sent him an email with the fine details and he said he will see what he can do.

Today, almost a year later the fine is still on my name.

McCarthy, please pay up when your employees take joy rides with vehicles still registered on customers names.

Seeing that you dont supply an email address for complaints, only a web interface, please reply with an email address if you need further details of the fine.

Please also note that I gave the branch a final notice to pay before complaining on public forums.

Regards,
Wesley.
