Getting Fines on My Name

I Traded my vehicle in at this branch for a newer Model, in December 2014. I now recieved two fines on that registration number in January 2015. I do not have R750 to stand in for the negligence of the Dealership. That vehicle should have been removed off my name already. I wonder how many customers has this surprise waiting for them if they should do a fine search on their id. The vehicle in question Chevrolet Spark 1.2 LS CH22XPGP
