Fortuner brake discs

I bought a 2015 Fortuner brand new from McCarthy Toyota Durban Kingsmead. It has had many issues. The cover on the dash of the passenger side was not sitting properly,(which was reseated but not 100%) the exhuast was knocking when starting at an angle and when going up a steep hill(which was replaced), there was a spot of rust in the water channel when you open boot door (which was touched up) and now the front brake discs needed skimming.

I indicated to McCarthy Toyota Durban Kingsmead that I am not happy with the skimming and I would like new discs as the vehicle just turned 30 000kms, when it was discovered after going in for service.

I was referred to Toyota Customer Care and where they indicated that this was a wear and tear part and this was not covered and I was given the motor indutsry Ombuds number. The guy Kaya refused to let me speak to a manager of the call centre.

I am really dissappointed with the quality of parts that are featuring in the form of brake discs on the Fortuner, especially considering that this vehicle has only done 30 000kms. Not sure if I would buy another Fortuner considering this experience!
