FJ Cruiser Toyota 4x4 2014 Model

Since I purchased my FJ I noticed a continuous vibration on my steering wheel. During the last service (20 000 km) I was informed to balance my tryes. A tyre fitment company in Hillcrest found all 4 wheels were hopping. I informed Toyota N1 City of the problem whom then referred me to Tiger Wheel in Pinetown. Tiger Wheel did all the necessary tests and confirmed the hopping to be faulty tyres. I am a business owner and I have spent an entire unproductive day at Tiger Wheel because N1 city insist on a branded trye rep to inspect the tyres. The problem has been identified by 2 tyre experts but my problem remains unsolved. McCarthy Toyota N1 City, during the past 2 years I have purchased 2 demo Toyota 4x4's, this will be the last. I am also in the servicing industry and I assure you that all my clients will be well informed of my shocking experience. You were quick and ready to sell me the vehicle but you failed to resolve my problem?
