Faulty Car

Good day,

I bought a vehicle Mercedes Benz AMG C63s at your branch, (McCarthy)Audi Centre Durban in December 2022,the vehicle gave me problems within a couples of weeks after the purchase as it didn't want to start while it was parked, the car got towed to Mercedes Benz Kimberly in December 2022, we are now in to February 2023,my car hasn't been attended to yet, I was told the vehicle will be towed to your Mercedes Benz branch in Pretoria/Centurion, to date nothing has transpired, everything I call I get sent from pillar to post and get told its a struggle to get a truck that will tow the vehicle from Northern Cape to Gauteng.

I am not happy with how this issue is being handle, this is the worst treatment I have ever received, I literally have buyer's remorse right now, at this rate,it will take 6months or longer to get my car sorted, and I have to be an understanding client, If no response with a proper solution, I will be left with no option but to explore a chance and escalate the matter with the Ombudsman, If you can't fix the car, the best option is for me to be refunded, I will go buy a car elsewhere where my business will be valued, I can't be begging Audi Centre Durban to help me as if I didn't pay.

I am totally irate with the kind of service I have been receiving.
