Fault on body panel above front doors

I purchased a brand new polo vivo trendline 1.4 on 20 November 2020 its only human when you purchase a new vehicle to be excited n one does not check every panel.on the 23 January 2021 i found a fault on the panel above the passenger side front door n the drivers side front door it can only be seen at an angel. Upon going to them at 40 Monty Naicker Street Durban i was told they will get the Manufacturer to see if it was a factory fault instead i was sent to a VW approved panel beater called Durban Central Autobody on 47 Mahatma Gandi Road Durban when i arrived there a conversation took place between Mano the manager of Autobody and the service manager Prunella Naidoo of Vw over the telephone he just glanced at the car and said its damaged dont know how and the assessor will give a quote to repair .it looks like a factory fault to me coz there is no scratch or paint damage i tried yo call the service manager and left several messages but she does not take my call or return my calls instead she asked the sales man to call me n tell me that i must pay the cost of the repair and i claim it from the warranty she didnt even look at the car or even take a picture I'm still waiting for her call she is so unprofessional her contact number is ***.
