faslified information and poor customer service

my brother bought a car on sauterday and they said he can come collect the car and paper work on monday once they had confirmed payment, but when he went to collect it on monday he only got the car they said the paperwork will be ready in a day and they will call him, since tuesday he has been calling them but no assistance upon going there today hes being told they lost the log book and they are waiting for a new one and he will have to wait for a new one since it is displayed so outside the car while there was no such information was feed to him, further disrespect and ineffeciency we got from Eddie Ganis so called principles DP and being mocked by Garth Roddan so called buyer they purely displayed great disregard for customer satisfaction telling us to our faces that its not their fault its my brothers fault he should have read the what was not even displayed, this type of behaviour we do not need in the business world and it realy made me feel less and made me feel i would have been treated better if i was another type of human. I am discusted with the service we got today and when he wanted to return the car they laughed and taunted in our faces telling us we cant as if they own the law, 2015 i also bought a mercedes from them it clearly displayed two keya before purchase but when i went to collect it they said i never read properly again woth their lies!!! if this is how burchmores treats people im sorry for ever doing buying from them, clearly me and my type people are not worthy nor am are they the type of pre selected customer. Nxa!!b, i will make sure everyone knows about this, People need to know what kind of people run this company.
