fantastic service

I was smsed to bring my yaris in for a recall. I was a little annoyed at first but the whole experience was very pleasant. I phoned and booked it in. From the moment I arrived on friday, 3rd July to the time I picked the car up the service I received was impeccable. From the lady who received my car, to the security guard to the cleaning staff, everybody was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had collected names as I was blown away by the friendly, efficient service. I just want to commend everybody I dealt with on Friday. Thank you. Bronwen Smith
