False selling

I am writing for the second time on this company and its service, I got response from their customer service person by the name of Sani Moyo who on the 27 July 2015 said he is awaiting management response when I send him emails he does respond, hello Peter please help me as I am an unhappy customer and feel I have been ****** as I am paying for a car which is faulty and they didn't disclose worse I don't have the spare key and they don't even bother making means to find one for me all they care about is sales. If I dnt get help I'm willing to go via CPA or worse the courts so I will sue them, if they have nothing to hide why are they not responding to me. McCarthy Arcadia is a bogus business and warn people to not even set foot there to buy, the salesmen are also ******
