false promises
november 2018 I bought a car from the above mentioned dealer all was well until the day of collection. i told the sales person that i needed a comfortline polo sedan and finance was done, approval in place and was told that the monthly instalment will be R4500 including the service plan and warranty plan for 3 years I was happy with the offer. days went by and was asked to give atleast 3 options of colours for the vehicle and that was done.and the day before collection the sales person called to inform me that my car is ready for collection, but the available car does not come with a cruise control and it will come with a different colour and I wont be charged for the colour, delivery and with a R100 discount meaning that instalment would be R4400. upon collection of the car as I was signing for the documents only to find that i was signing for a trendline not a comfortline, the instalment was R4600+ and the invoice included delivery fees and charges for the colour, and mentioned to them my concerns and they said that would be resolved and the money for the colour would be refunded but that was not the case.I registered the vehicle with the licence department and was suppose to be refunded for the incurred expenses even today that has not been resolved.on the 16th of march i went to VW tableview to service the car only to find that there is no service plan policy under my name and I had to pay for the car service as I had to travel to mpumalanga which is about 2000kms and I could not compromise the car. I have been undestanding client throughout but now its just too much to accomodate. im totally unhappy about the whole thing especially the service matter its very bad the sales person shouldve told the truth.
