False information when goods were sold

I helped my dad to buy a brand new Nissan NP300 bakkie early this year. The dealership's sales person told my dad that his car comes with a service plan (3yr or 45km wich ever come first) , and mine doesn't. I then took out a service plan for my car and a few months ago my dad assumed his car was due for a service and he asked me to book it for him which I did. I asked the lady at the dealership to confirm that the car comes with a service plan and my dad will not have to pay and she asked for the number plate and confirmed that there was no cash that my dad will have to take out. He took the car and was advised that it was no yet on 15000km and this month is was due in deed however when we took it this time around we were told that it doesn't come with a service plan and my dad must pay cash, he then called me to confirm as he was confused. This is NOT what were we told in the beggining. I had to make several phone calls and follow-ups as the dealership was just not interested in my complaint- Alisha promised to follow it up and they referred to the file and told me my dad declined the extras, but that has nothing to do with what we were advised twice by the dealership - bad servi
