FALSE INFORMATION ON SELLING VEHICLES

i have the worst experience with vw westgate from purchasing the vehicle last year in April 2019. the sales person Medean firstly told us that the vehicle finance was approved and they are just waiting for the invoice. this was on a thursday before good friday and we couldnt get the vehicle on the day as they are not working. at this time the sales person had told us to remove the vehicle we were trading in and we did so only to find out the vehicle will not be taken from us on the day and i drove the vehicle without insurance during that weekend. the day we picked up the vehicle on the saturday the vehicle didnt have a spare key, carpets, smash and grab, and aa licence all thsi i was promised i will receive on the tuesday after the long weekend. on the tuesday the only thing received was the smash and grab and aa licencing. after that i had to fight with vw wetsgate for two weeks to recieve the missing items. my vehicle had temp licence and i called 4 days before it expired to inquire when i will be receiving my number plates and i was told they will call me back of which they didnt until i contacted vw south africa. now my vehicles brake pads need to be replaced, i called vw ntt krugersdorp to boo the vehicle in as the sales person Medean had informed me that my car has a service plan and maintenance plan. when vw ntt krugersdoro checked they found that no maintenance plan had been added to my profile and when calling vw westgate im being told Medean is no longer working there and they cannot assist me as there is nothing in writing regarding the maintenance plan, my question was how was i to know all this when no contract or invoice was sent to us and we requested them. the sales agents are selling lies to their customers so that they can get commission, this is a disgrace considering vw has one of the best customer service
