false information given by sales person - no ownership

I purchased a car in August last year from Toyota Paarl. The sales guy told us, we have to make sure we take the car for a service before May because it will be the last free service we get, unless the car reaches 100k on the clock. He made it clear if the car is under a 100k before the end of May the service will be free. To our surprise, when we took the car for a service we told, no it is not free, we have to pay. We explained but the car is not 3 years old yet and we have not reached 100k, they said no, the plan expired at 45k and we now have to fork the cost out of a tree somewhere.

This is not on at all, the sales guy should own up for his mistake. i wish they send him for a polygraph test to confirm what he explained to us. Rectify your wrong. I will spread the word about this as far as I possibly can.
