False advertising

McCarthy continue to advertise a vehicle for sale. 2 weeks ago I enquired about it, no response. On the 3rd enquiry, only after insisting the call centre take action did I get a response. The feedback being that The vehicle had a faulty gearbox and sold to the trade a week after my 1st enquiry. Today, 4 days after the vehicle was supposedly sold the car is re advertised. This practice of false advertising or selling to the trade at discounted prices at the expense of a genuine public offer to purchase is unprofessional. I spoke to Dittmar Faber at the call center, and to date he has not done what he undertook to do.
