false advertising

<p>I wanted to purchase a 2014 VW Polo 1.6 TDI. The ad was posted on the 1st of March 2017 for the vehicle. When I called Mccarthy for the car (that day), I was told by a lady that no one has yet to show interest in the car and that I will have first option to purchase. The next day (2nd of March 2017) called Mccarthy to purchase the vehicle and I was told the vehicle had been sold a week ago already. This not only contradicts what was said during my inital telephonic conversation with Mccarthy but also questions why the car was put up for sale on gumtree if it had already been sold the week before.</p>
