failure to provide me with a service plan

hello peter

i have been phoning the McCARTHY VOLKSWAGEN - WITBANK - ********** since Fri,Dec15 2017 regarding a service plan i want to join and pay for but they've all been telling me the person who's supposed to help me is off,they gave me her number ,i phoned her ,sent an sms,sent WhatsApp texts and she just ignored me.....USELESS bunch people with pathetic service.
