failing to call my warratty

i booked and took my car from witbank to menlyn vw on the 09/12/2015 regarding the noise i ddnt know where it was cuming from ,on my way back tell called me telling me my gearbox need to be replaced,i provided them with my policy number n they ive all relevant papers regarding my service history,but until today the dealer is failing to call my warranty people to provide them with report of there dignosis ,everyday when i call the service advisor called simone , she lie about calling my waranty and sending the papers ,is almost 2 months my car is with them ,i even spoke to her manager several times but nothing was resolved,so am starting to think maybe that vw is for white people i shouldnt ive took my car there ,bcoz it seems like my car its not 1 of there priorities to get it fixed,maybe if it was for a white person they shouldive updated him/her everyday bcoz am the only one whos calling them ever siens i left my car there, my advice to everybody stay away from place
