Failed to Deliver on Alarm System

In March of this year I purchased a Ford Figo from Mccarthy Ford Silverlakes Via a company called Private Label Promotions. I had specifically asked for the car to be fitted with an alarm and central locking as this did not come standard with the car. The car was fitted only with central locking and I had to find this out six months later .On the 23/09/2015 I informed my sales person Theo who said he does not remember what they installed and I should advise if my key has a remote button so he can advise on the way forward. This was on the 25/09/2015. I had rep**** to Theo advising him on the above but he did not reply to my email and made no further contact. I went on to contact Aadil Govind from Private label promotions and he in connection with Theo from Mccarthy Ford advised that they would install an \after-market"alarm system. I informed them of a suitable day to pick the car up and install the alarm on the 20/10/2015. To date I have received no confirmation or any further communication from either party and I still don't have an alarm."""
