Factory fault

Recently bought a brand new Polo Vivo Comfortline at Bidvest McCarthy Vw Parow. 1)The left front passenger door doesn’t open from inside. 2) When I turn left hooter hoots by itself 3) The right wiper doesn’t work And I guess I’ll discover more as time goes Not taking anything from their great customer service and friendly sales people, however we pay for the best quality and it’s not what I have received in terms of my car
