Extremely poor service and disrespectful staff at Bidvest Gezina.

I was victim to the extremely poor service offered by the staff at VW McCarthy Gezina. I bought the 2015 Toyota Etios from the dealership after I had been promised 2 cars that were actually not available for purchase. I noticed while the car was on show that it had multiple dents on it, it had no spare key(Notice how I'm not the only victim of this), the boot was missing the tools compartment that holds the boot mat from sinking into the spare wheel compartment and the brake light is actually not working and worst, the battery was actually days from dying completely. I submitted complaints for the same issues on more than one occasion. The manager shows no concern at all for this when I called she sent the salesman who sold the car to me to come get the car. When he returned the car he was drunk and the only thing that had been changed is the battery. They had the audacity to paint one of the dents with a paint that looked like house paint. The car was definitely not painted by a professional. This company needs serious intervention because people like me are paying for products which can't even be trusted because Bidvest Mccarthy probably doesn't do thorough checks of their vehicles. I encourage viewers to thread far from this branch and VW or Bidvest need to address the seriously poor service in this branch.
