My name is Dellean Kreeling, I recently enquired on a 2016 golf R you had on you website, I received a call and confirmation of the vehicle I was looking for, on the the 11th of May 2021, on the 14th of May 2021, I asked the agent to start my application for financing, on the 24th of May 2021, when I asking for Feedback, I was asked if I can be given the feedback at around 1, which I agreed to, I received an email from Kalvin Mathekga, saying that he is still searching for a car from, I than started asking for what, as I was interested and app**** to buy the 2016 Golf R for R270 000, they indicated that the car was no longer available, I than kept on asking since when, until they told me, the car has been sold 2 years ago, I asked them since when were they aware they indicated since the morning of the 24th of May 2021, which I found hard to believe, I spoke to the manager Nicky, and he told me the same story, I asked him if they don't has systems in place to know what is in stock and what is not, he went on telling me that their agents work of the adverts that is done by a 3rd party, and also base their quotes from the adverts, which I find unacceptable, for a company as big as McCarthy, to not have systems in place, to check and ensure that the vehicle is still available or not. as I'm typing, I'm extremely disappointed in the level of services or leak there of, and gross dishonest displayed. hope that there systems can be improved
