Excellent Service

I received my vehicle back from another Toyota branch after they kept it for 2 days, not even part of the same group. They replaced my vehicle's water pump and timing belt. On my way to work the following day my vehicle overheated. I did not know where to go but saw the Toyota sign and pulled in. In a panic I asked for help at reception and Henk was called to assist. They had a look and found that there was almost no water/coolant in the radiator. They reported this to the Toyota branch responsible for the mess and assisted me without asking questions. I appreciate that there are still people around who believe in providing an excellent service even though they were not responsible for the issue. I will refer all other Toyota customers to this branch. Thank you!
