Excellent assistance

I have had countless problems with assistance on my VW Polo GTI from another VW Branch. Every time I returned my vehicle to them with the same continuing problems I was told that all is correct. I contacted Mr Dion Furber of the Mccarty group and when I described the problems I have with my vehicle, he also agreed that it needed to be checked out by a technician and not only be told that all is OK. He promptly arranged a booking at Mccarthy VW Silver Lakes for my vehicle to attend to the problem. He was very professional and helpful. After struggling for so long to get someone to attend to my vehicle and have a look at the technical problems I suspected to have with my vehicle I was astonished that there is someone like Mr Furber who will go the extra mile to assist and give backup service so swiftly and professionally. Especially all thanks to him and also the service department of Mccarthy VW Silver Lakes. Mr Dion Furber is an asset to the Mccarthy Group
