Everything does not keep going right

When buying the vehicle I had specific criteria which needed to be met which directly influenced by decision. The main consideration was fuel consumption which is stated as 6.7l / 100km on the website, in the owner's manual and on the windscreen. I have been keeping manual calculated consumption and it is not near 6.7l / 100km.

REQUIRED OUTCOME: I do not know what I could possibly do in order to achieve an outcome to this point, as it is blatant mis-advertising of specifications that are inaccurate.

The second consideration when purchasing was that I would be able to add a towbar. I negotiated that a towbar is added to the vehicle with no cost implication. I was informed that there was not a towbar available for the vehicle yet, but that it was in the process of being approved and would be available within a short period of time. In order to make the sale, I was given an amount of R6,000 in order to fit a towbar once it became available. During December 2019 I contacted Barloworld Toyota in Centurion and was informed that there is no towbar available for my vehicle and that the vehicle is not suitable for towing.

REQUIRED OUTCOME: I was highly unhappy when I was told that the vehicle is not certified for towing and I was forced to travel without a trailer. I want a letter from Toyota SA that allows me to put a towbar on my vehicle without it affecting my guarantee.

The third item is the fact that the car is sold with a jack that is not certified for the vehicles weight. I had a flat in and realised this only too late. the jack is to short to lift the vehicle high enough to change the wheel and it stripped as the weight of the vehicle was higher than the jack could handle. This is unacceptable as the same jack model is shipped with Rush as default, so this complaint will come up again.

REQUIRED OUTCOME: According to the parts system at Woodmead McCarthy Toyota, the model jack for the Toyota Rush is an F800 but I received an F300. I want the suggested model number jack for my vehicle, i.e. F800.
