EMPTY PROMISES FOR MONTHS

I bought a second hand Ford Ranger in Dec 2014 from a sales consultant which has now left the company (Joan Fitzpatrick), whom promised me a full service record book, spare key & LICENCE DISC up to date And giving the car without number plates. Charging me for Delivery fee, I picked up the bakkie @ the dealer?! Giving temp licenses twice. Nic Bester Sales Manager,McCarthy Multi franchise PRETORIA CNR Nana Sita & Du Toit street, promised outstanding queries will be handled & when I got the lic. for the new bakkie was told they couldn't give disc because I have fines on my name! Only to find out from the Licensing department we just needed to pay R240 for the licence,cause McCarthy didnt take off the previous bakkie on time.Didn't settle the bakkie in time, extra debit order went of, had to pay penalties & get BAD CREDIT RECORDS! Spare key & service book,only done by 1st April 2015 with no service record. PROMISED a refund out of their petty cash for the battery we had to replace just after we bought the bakkie. Still no refund. We mailed a copy of invoice (retrieved from the battery comp)AGAIN after they lost the original... I will never buy any vehicle there again!!!
