Empty promise

Hello My name is Siboniso Cele from Port Shepstone. I hereby reporting the bad service experience i hv received from halfway toyota edwin swales on May 27 i reffered a costomer to one of the sales person named Kwakhanya Zulu who sold a Blue toyota etios 2013 model to Zinhle Nkabane my client. The deal was successfully done. Kwakhanya then promised to give a sum of R500 to me as a Thank you gift, that was supoused to happen on 30 June 2017 but it never happened. I then called her to ask what going on she sad she will find out then come back to me. When i called here again she sad ther was Tax number missing on my documents that i emailed to her i then sent her ther tax number. She sad the transaction will be done by 31July 2017 which never happened i called here again to find out what the hold up she sad all the documents were received so the transaction will be done on 31 August 2017 up untill today i haven't received my promised Money. On 07 Sept 2017 i sent an email to Kwakhanya informing her about the situation but i got no responce.
