Employee caused accident with company car

Hi, yesterday one of your employees drove into my daughter with a company vehicle and then he admitted to me it was his fault. This morning I called and went to the N1 city branch where he works and spoke to the service manager who now says that the employee said it was my daughters fault. I have a case number from the SAPS and a witness. It seems as if the service manager is believing his employee without even getting the correct details.

The service manager even goes as far as telling me that he will claim the damage from the company vehicle from my daughter.

I require the CEO of Bidvest Mcarthy Toyota to get in contact with me as I feel that we are not being given a fair chance. I need this to be investigated urgently as my daughter uses her car for work everyday and now we stranded. McCarthy N1 City has the luxury of hiring another car and the manger even comments that he will claim this as well.

Please attend to this matter urgently.

Still nothing, please note that your response above is incorrect, your dealership has not tried to make contact once. We are doing all the follow ups and telephone calls and emails. Really not fair being treated as if it was our fault
