Dont sell your vehicle to Nissan Germiston!!
Cannot believe the lack of customer service and response from the used car manager at Nissan Germiston .
After phoning and conveying my utter disappointment with regards to NOT being paid for my vehicle that was sold to this branch, over a week ago- the vehicle has already been sold to an new owner!!! Its basically theft.
The used car manager (Depak) has been very unhelpful in this situation. Utterly disgusted that you can treat a client this way. I have smsed and spoken to Depak on the phone, I guess paying your clients in good time aswell as customer service is NOT in your Business plan.
