Dont deliver on promises

I bought a 2012 ford focus in July through Mccarthy Toyota Pretoria. At first everything went well and everybody was very helpful and assisted where possible. I had to send the car back for a noise it made when driving. The car came back and seems better. But two weeks down the line it sounds exactly the same again. The other thing is it was sold as a full service history vehicle. After many emails and phone calls and emty promises im still waiting for a service record. This is really poor after sales services and not expected at all from Mccarthy as I always just hear good stories from other people. My question... Who is going to fix the car and when am I going to receive my service record. Calling or emailing the sales person does not help as he avoid my calls and ignore my mails
