Dont Buy Toyota!!!

Took my car in for a service on the 2nd of July. went to collect and I notice my sun visor hanging in front of my face. Unable to be put back up into position with the back click broken. The visor was not like that when the car was brought in. The staff said they would take it out and send it to an upholstery friend they had. Not once has Toyota got back to me with regards to what is going on with my sun visor. It is now the 12th of July. 10 days later and i still have not had feedback from Toyota. This is absolute non sense. They broke my visor. They should replace it with a brand new one!!! The after sales service and pricing of Toyota is beyond ridiculous. I want my sun visor sorted out YESTURDAY!!!!
