DON'T BUY A CAR AT VW MENLYN

NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO VW MENLYN. The service agents (Innocentia) is probably the most rudest person. I took my car in yesterday after discovering that the car does not lock at all. Now to me this is an emergency I called VW SA who referred me to Menlyn to sort out this issue as they can not get a technician out as the car is driveable. Although reluctant I obliged to take the car in and had to wait 3 hours just to get assisted (this is just booking the car in). Innocentia did not even care if I got back to work on not as it took as long to get a lift back, I ended up ubering myself back to work. I still sit with no car and no idea what wrong with the vehicle Innocentia refuses to tell me whats wrong with my car. I am unable to go to work as a result and have no idea when I will be getting my car. I would really like to know whats going to happen.
