DISTRUST. POOR SERVICE. VEHICLE STILL NOT DRIVABLE

<p>Be Warned..... this dealer & workshop is not some where you are wanting to have your vehicle taken to for fixing especially out of warranty. They replaced the ECU and when we had the original ECU checked it was found fully operational... R30,000+ later and the car is still not drivable. The workshop & / service manager is always full of excuses ( he cannot find the diagnostic report etc etc )and trying ways to speak you in a circles... because what do we know about motors . The dealer principle even though included in all mails has not communicate back once- not the decency to call out of courtesy. I when into the dealership to deliver an external diagnostic to prove the original ECU Works -the reception said he would not see me and instead I get the service/workshop manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every person on all levels puts you through to the next.</p> <p>We have now requested a response from the CEO of McCarthy VW SA.</p> <p> </p>
