DISSATISFYING SERVICE

I toke my car to Bidvest McCarthy Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Wonderboom, on Monday 11 August as it was giving me problems. When i called Thursday to get progress report was told my card had just been pulled in to the workshop they arer about to start with it. Friday i call to get info, everytime i called i was told to leave my contact details they will call me, no call from them. Today i call i was told they didn't have my contact details, mind you when i dropped of the car i was asked to fill in a form with my details i.e. name, surname, CONTACT DETAILS and the registration number. Upon collection of my car the tell me i need to replace a battery, and we decided to go to another service provider for the battery as their quotation was rather expensive, we buy the battery the car is okay , we now realise that the central locking of the car and the electronic seat adjustment is not working. The mechanic tell us he only worked on the programming not anything else, you can belive at this point we've ran out of patience and my fiancé goes to report the faulty areas to Jo-Ann and she didn't give him time to explain our problem. My issue is they put the car on diagnositic machine to find out what was wrong with the car, and that point shouldn't they have picked up the central locking wasn't working. I was really not impressed with the service i got from Dodge Wonderboom.
