dispicable service

Took my car in for gear 1 shaking and gear 2 not having power,they said they cant pick up the issue and i need to take the car back.I explained that this is an intermittent issue.The service manager refuses to have my car checked and demands a payment without knowing what the issue is.Very rude and disrespectful as well as Esther the warranty clerk
