Dishonesty and over pricing
I took my car for shock replacement, and they did a major service amounting to R9,000 without giving e the quotation. I found out that they didn't touch the shocks, claiming that the shocks are ok,
I disputed the invoice, but they are keeping my car in their custody, refusing to release it until I pay in gull. I bought this Xtrail 2012 from them and ever since, I took the car for service I never experienced this
