Dishonest salesman

<p>I was interested in purchasing a vehicle at the above dealership. The salesman (Jaco) was dishonest from the beginning, knowing full well that a transaction for the vehicle was already pending with another potential buyer. I went as far as submitting my finance documentation to him for processing when he very well knew that the deal had already been sealed, yet have me his word that he would not sell the vehicle to anyone else. His unprofessionalism in dealing with the matter and blatant dishonestly leaves much to be desired. He did not even have the decency to revert back to me after numerous phone calls and empty promises to call me back with feedback regarding my application. I had to resort to sending a representative to follow up on the matter as I was being ignored. This is the most disgusting service I've ever received and will be taking my business elsewhere! Quite shocking for such a large company. Your sales team needs serious training on basic etiquette!</p>
