Disgusting services yet again Mr Herbert

Original complaint as Louiseb. No Sani, I dont nedd your feeble response. Been to Edwin swsles to do a deal. Was not happy with the services but agreed to sign an otp at Empangeni. Was offered a better deal at empangeni and then cancelled with Edwin swales. They then made a better offer which I excepted only to find that they could not deliver on the quote provided. No joy from DP, who ref to another dealership. All are Toyota dealerships under Mccarthy. Durban North could not match apparently. So while they have politics and competitions internally, the customer suffers. I was only signing an OTP at empangeni whrn I was approached with an improvement on mycurrent offer. Now none of these deslers can deliver, despite valid 7 day quotes. McCarthy seems to be doing very well, if they do not need business and can mess up desls like this.
