Disgusting Service

BMW SA!!! Your customer service is a disgrace! I have NEVER been more inconvenienced before with a car service!! Supposed work done on a vehicle and where my vehicle has not been ready not once...but TWICE...after arrangements for collection! The second time after arranging collection I specially made a trip FROM ZIM and it’s not still not ready....And then to find my vehicle with dents and scratches ALL over... and to top it off, the Branch Manager smiles in my face about it and says “but you know a panelbeater”... are you for real BMW???? The WORST SERVICE EVER! BMW... if you can charge the prices you do, your service should be of a high standard but you are a JOKE!!!!!! BMW South Africa
