Disgraceful employees

I had a stamp for a free frappe. Once i got 5 stamps they told me it was only for a different frappe. All other frappes nobody told me that as they stamped my card. Then i get a donut, rock hard, she doesn't want to warm it for me. They keep telling me i was supposed to know about the frappes
