Disappointed customer

Purchased a Toyota Corolla 1.6 Prestige CVT auto 2 yrs ago. Have complained about gear changing and have had no joy from Toyota. Took my on 19/12 for a service. My mileage about 24000km. Was shocked to hear that that my brake pads require replacing. Very disappointed with this make of car. Have previously owned Toyotas.. however this make is questionable.
